Easy to make pan fried pork and shrimp dumpling.

Ingredients:
12 oz Ground pork
8 oz Shrimp
1 package square wonton wrappers
3 Scallions sliced thinly
3 Garlic clove minced
2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
1 ½ tbsp Fresh ginger minced
1 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tsp Sesame oil
½ tsp Granulated sugar
¼ tsp Black pepper
2 tsp salt
Vegetable oil for frying
