1 clove of garlic, minced
4 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons barbecue sauce
3 onions, quartered

Salt and pepper to taste
Flour and oil
For the dumplings:
1 cup self-rising flour
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons milk
1 egg
