Homemade Lemonies
Just baked these delightful Homemade Lemonies! They’re the perfect blend of sweet and tart, and the glaze adds the perfect touch!
Ingredients:
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 3/4 cup sugar
– 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
– 1/4 cup lemon juice
– 2 large eggs, room temperature
– 1 tablespoon lemon zest
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
Glaze:
– 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
– 2 tablespoons lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon lemon zest
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
