Catfish ,Spaghetti

Ingredients:

4 catfish fillets
400g spaghetti
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Prepare Catfish Fillets:
Rinse catfish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
Season both sides with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
Cook catfish fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
Cook Spaghetti:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente.
Drain and set aside.
Prepare Creamy Sauce:
In the same skillet used for catfish, add the remaining butter.
