2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
1 1/2 cups shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese, divided
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
