I can’t seem to get tired of this dish; it’s been my favorite for weeks now
Hamburger Mushroom Bake
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella work well)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
