Garlic Roasted Chicken Thighs with Parmesan Gravy

I love to make one-pan dinners. They work so well for those who are super busy and still want to get a good dinner on the table for their family. The Chicken comes out crispy and flavorful. The gravy comes out perfectly seasoned and ready to pour over potatoes or rice.

This gravy is made from the dippings of your crispy roasted chicken and makes for the tastiest gravy.

6 Bone in skin on chicken thighs
2 tbsp. Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Small onion chopped
6 Cloves garlic
1 tsp. Thyme
1 c. Bone broth
⅔ c. Shredded or grated parmesan cheese
3 tbsp. Heavy whipping cream
