Ham pancakes

INGREDIENTS
Crepes
300 grams of T45 fluid flour
3 eggs
2 tablespoons of sunflower oil here
60 centiliters of whole milk 600g
1 tablespoon of white powdered sugar
Cheese béchamel
70 grams of unsalted butter
70 grams of flour
50 centiliters of whole milk 500g
100 grams of freshly grated Parmesan or Comté, Emmental, etc.
