Pineapple teriyaki ribeye, grilled pineapple and jerk flavored rice 🔥
This is the sauce I basted on my steak after I cooked it:
Pineapple teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp ground ginger
2 gloves minced garlic
Pinch of red pepper flakes
2 tbsp cold water
1 tbsp cornstarch
