Ingredients:

For the Burnt Ends
4-5 lbs beef brisket point
1 cup BBQ rub (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup BBQ sauce
For the Macaroni and Cheese
2 cups elbow macaroni
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Sandwich
6 brioche buns
Additional BBQ sauce for drizzling
